Sales Account Manager

Job brief

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to be a part of our team, to oversee sales process, to manage sales activities and support a large portfolio of foreign customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of foreign customers to achieve company short and long-term sales objectives
  • Develop positive relationships and promptly handle the customer’s requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and products listing with the clients
  • Set and track sales targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Ensure budget and time requirements are met
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Suggest actions and innovative ideas to increase sales performance, identify opportunities for growth and improve relationships with customers
  • Act as the point of contact for clients
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customers

 

Sales Account Manager Requirements:

  • Business, economics, or similar degree
  • At least 5 years working experience in FMCG (food industry) including shown experience handling complex business relationships and working within cross functional teams/processes to achieve goals
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong English language knowledge: German would be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Management of change and team development
  • Business results and customer orientation
  • Knowledge of sales metrics
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Availability to travel abroad Romania
  • Driving License
